We are excited to showcase your products alongside local vendors and newcomer entrepreneurs at the MAC Ansar Community Market. It's a great chance to support small businesses and foster community unity.

We want to limit the amount of like-categories in each market to ensure each maker has the best chance of selling their items as well as ensure the market is full with unique items, something for everyone!

This is first come - first serve. Vendors will be notified immediately!

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Payments will be due within 4 days of acceptance.

2. If no payment is made within 4 days, you will forfeit your space. If you need a payment extension, please contact us ASAP.

3. Exhibitor fees are non-refundable upon acceptance.

4. Payment can be made by filling out a form that will be emailed once your application is accepted. An invoice will be sent upon acceptance with instructions.

EXHIBITION SPACE:

1. Exhibitors may only use the allotted rented space. Encroaching on neighbouring spaces or isles is strictly prohibited.

2. All tables must be covered (table skirt or table cloth) that reaches the floor. Applicants must provide their own table coverings.

3. Exhibitors must maintain a clean area and are responsible to clean-up their own garbage, bags and boxes.

4. Your market space must look professional, NO handwritten signs,. Chalkboard signs are permitted.

6. Exhibitor is strictly prohibited to apply or attach pins, tape, tac, glue or other adhesives to building columns, floors, walls or other components not belonging to the Exhibitor. The exhibitor will be liable for any costs incurred due to non-compliance.

SET-UP & CLOSING OF MARKET SPACE:

1. Exhibitors will be given 60 minutes to set up. If extra time is needed, please let contact us ASAP.

2. Market space must be fully set-up at least 15 minutes before the market opens and remain occupied for the duration of the market.

3. Exhibitor load-in information including loading times, and table locations will be emailed to exhibitors a week prior to the market.

4. Exhibitors may begin to dismantle their booth following the conclusion of the show and only when all customers have existed the market.

5. Exhibitors MUST NOT pack up the table/booth prior to the conclusion of the market hours.

EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. An exhibitor may cancel their application no later than November 22, 2024.

2. Upon acceptance and payment; exhibitor fees are non-refundable.
